That question led me to the gym, then to nutrition, then to recovery and eventually to the variable I had been overlooking the entire time.
Sleep.
Not as passive rest. As the single most powerful performance input available to you. Deep, consistent sleep improves cognitive function, physical recovery, emotional regulation and hormonal health. It is the foundation that every other health habit is built on.
Once I understood that, I looked at my own habits honestly. Screens everywhere. Phone in the morning, laptop all day, phone again at night. I knew it was affecting my sleep. The science confirmed it. Blue light from screens suppresses melatonin, disrupts the circadian rhythm and actively prevents the deep, restorative sleep your body needs.
I looked for a solution and found a market full of cheap, poorly made glasses with no real science behind them. Nothing that matched the standard I held for every other health investment I was making.
So I spent a year building something that did. Testing lenses continuously until I found technology that was genuinely evidence-based. Personally selecting every frame for durability and quality. Making every pair to order so that each product meets the standard Zephire was built on.
